In all fairness they are entitled to carry out the process however they like. If they need to fast-track some candidates in order to save time and fill spaces quickly then I don't see the problem....

Is there a payscale available anywhere? Pilotjobsnetwork shows FO starting salary but doesn't give information about how much it goes up each year, which is one of the big advantages over the low...
