Sorry should have clarified in my original post, above a certain number of block hours you get paid more, supposed to compensate for working hard but to be getting it in winter is disappointing.

Things are supposed to improve however I'm getting overtime payments this month I'm flying so much (not working any days off) and I still have standbys left... I haven't had much disruption this...
