I would expect just as much. It will create an increase in interest no doubt ... naturally there will be a % of these people who can find it themselves and so easyjet will have a larger pool to work...

It doesn't. Who has the deepest pockets is what it's about, and if it wasn't then they'd be offering something along the lines of the BA FPP. They can certainly afford it, more than BA ever could....

For the CTC bond your salary gets reduced by £1,000/month and you are then "repaid" your training bond on top of the remainder. At least that is how it was explained to me by CTC
