Well at least it's a new operator with the current helicopter type that's operated , none of this "different type" ......that can be used to rule out or avoid TUPE , and attempt to keep staffing...

Does the existing helicopter terminal/facilities utilised at Norwich belong to/leased by Perenco or the helicopter operator ?

Didn't that used to be the case a few years back
