Once we've completed the 1500hrs, if Air Arabia wants us to stay, we can stay but if not or we choose not to stay, then we can convert the license into ATPL without...

I've asked about the employment chances .. as confirmed by AAA, yes there's no guarantee for ABY employment .. but if the students do and completed the MPL program...
