What's the point of being able to 'Hot Drop'? I presume this is 3Kg at say Donna Nook, rather than big bangs at Garvie?
Seems a pointless left over from the 80s?

So if the RAF can't afford a suitable adversary – nor can most countries outside of the US – is there an alterative hiding in the past?

And it’s obviously a waste of money using a Hawk /Alpha Jet...
