Before this thread gets locked away.
I received my ASIC. Took just under 7 weeks.

Apparently (varying unverified sources) the delay is due to a backlog with one of the 3 checking bodies...

I received the renewal letter and had it in the express post box 36 hours later.

Now 5 days expired.
Clearly there is a fatal flaw in the renewal system.

ASIC processing time?

Has anyone RECENTLY renewed their ASIC and encountered an unexpectedly long processing time? ie. > 5 weeks
I'm heading for a record breaking 6 weeks.
I sent via express post and even called 1 week...
