ah some people are slowly waking up. This forum has gone downhill since it starting pushing posters like rainboe to the side.

Thats what happens folks when commercial gain takes priority.

I think the loss of both cowls should be kept in perspective. All eng cowls can detach from all aircraft if not properly closed. Any panel detaching from anywhere on an aircraft can cause...

In isolation this would probably be a genuine mistake, human factor. There are however other factors here that need to come out and I hope they do. Then it should be very clear why this happened.
