The point I was making is that a controller wouldn't need to scan or request anything, TAATS could work out who needs what when, and direct it. It could also just as easily go to the Shift Manager...

TAATS has every pending and active IFR flight plan, and receives every forecast (amended or otherwise) and every NOTAM. Go back to the way we used to do it, but automatically. Any info issued or...
