For tailwind FCTM recommends early flare i.e. before 30ft. not cut power early. Thrust can reduced at normal 20ft, a little early or late as required.

A320 can be landed closing thrust but at 100ft or even before is suitable for slat and flap jammed at zero. Good old technique start flare and close thrust works in all aircraft and most conditions....
