This RTR(P) (permit) is valid for 3 years initially and can be renewed subsequently.

According to the latest circular by WPC, you can now apply for a 10 year or life time...

There is no provision for "conversion" of any foreign FRTOL's to Indian RT's.

The only way you can get an Indian RT (The pink booklet) is by clearing both part 1 and 2 exams conducted by WPC.
