It will as it's designed on the assumption that your first job will be in a multi crew environment. Hence the self improver will be further removed from the scene. No more working as an FI or flying...

I agree. Isn't the whole idea of it making it...

I agree. Isn't the whole idea of it making it cheaper and easier to train pilots? Hence the value of said pilot will go down.
