If the clearance for the higher level/altitude is given together with the dep-route ,any restriction within the dep-route is still valid.
Only the "climb to" level/altitude has been amended....

Simply insist that your minimum is 550m and that it is irrelevant if cat 1or2or3
are in progress.Sometimes when the weather gets better we will have 800m+
and still...

We do parallel apps and deps all the time and in any weather.
Both rwys operate independently always here in Munich.
They are 2300m apart.

Here at Munich the runways are 2300m apart.
Both runways may be used independently as long as one ILS and one LLZ are working and both acft are established on their respective app.

The reason that the llz/dme app is called an...

The reason that the llz/dme app is called an ils/gp inop is, that it is published that way in the german aip.
So atc can only clear you for a ils/gp inop.
I know that airline charts show an llz/dme...
