I wouldnt recommend it. It is one of S. America poorest countries, I think it's the most undeveloped one. Many people from Guyana cross the border into Venezuela looking for a better life.

There are many LET-410s flying here in Venezuela. Some are privately owned and some are used mostly to fly from CCS to Los Roques Archipelago ( about 100nm north of CCS )

why wet lease? well it's because Venezuela's FAA Category 2. No commercial Venezuelan registered planes or planes with venezuelan crew can fly to the U.S.
