Can you mix and match M/R blades for a B206?

Part numbers are:
206-010-200-033 (single tab) and 206-010-200-133 (twin tab)

I saw a small article in the paper today that a helicopter had crashed on Saturday at Parkes, NSW while spraying locusts?
