What I was talking about is the latest contract offered to CPL holders. The ones that have to pay for their training. Their bond is in the region of the sum I mentioned.

Guys ok, it's obvious that KM is not the best place to be, but remember that if it all goes pear-shaped and you want to leave after 5 years for example, you can do so against a payment of approx 15k....

IR HOLD - Drift Technique

The way I was thought to do the hold is as follows:

3x drift if the wind is compressing your hold
2x drift if the wind is expanding your hold

ALWAYS 1x drift when you go beacon outbound ......
