Check it out with Gatwick/Aeromedical dept in the Mater, but I think a JAA class 1 issued in Dublin is completely acceptable by the CAA.

The 757 is not classified as a heavy with reference to wake turbulence on take off. You do, however, get a bit more spacing on the approach - 4 miles vs 2.5.

You can go around either in the air, or on the ground. Not really a good idea after spoilers or reverse...
