Check it out with Gatwick/Aeromedical dept in the Mater, but I think a JAA class 1 issued in Dublin is completely acceptable by the CAA.

The 757 is not classified as a heavy with reference to wake turbulence on take off. You do, however, get a bit more spacing on the approach - 4 miles vs 2.5.

You can go around either in the air, or on the ground. Not really a good idea after spoilers or reverse...

Once the aircraft is taxiing under its own power you are no longer bound by the MEL. You have despactched at this stage. Doesn't mean it's not worth looking at though.
