If you are a 3 year FO on the 320, and you successfully bid 767 FO do you revert to year 1 FO pay...

I don't work there, BUT from a strictly numbers point of view here is how my math sees it.
3300 Pilots (give or take)
About Half are Capts (1500)
About Half are FOs (1500)
Relief Pilots (300)...

I don't know about the flexibility on the 1000 pic (but i would beleive what Obbie says).

I do know that they have interviewed people with less than 4000 and with no "over 12 500"...
