CIRB issues final ruling on pilot seniority - OAC loses again

http://acpilot.!!!!!!!!.com/2006/03/...-on-pilot.html

On Friday [March 10], the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) ruled that the Keller Award regarding the pilot seniority integration issue at Air Canada is final and binding on ALPA, ACPA and Air Canada, and that neither Air Canada nor ACPA can change the seniority list. As a result of this decision, the company will continue to operate the business on the basis of the current seniority list.
