Rolling vs static takeoffs

The new company I work for has a "policy" of doing static takeoffs for all takeoffs in the Citation 560 series. I dislike them for several reasons.

Another airport I would recomend is Williamsburg VA - JGG. They have an excellent place for lunch.

Suffolk VA - SFQ has a bunch of old war birds, some guy does a bunch of resoration there.

and another thing the manuals from those companies will be very, very expensive if you are buying them retail without doing the training, I have heard several hundred dollars

Maybe because it is a Part 23 airplane which has different requirements than a Part 25 airplane? I am just guessing because I know that some of the Metro's don't meet a lot of the single engine...
