It depends what kind of manual you are looking for. If you are looking for a training manual, these can be purchased from SimuFlite, FlightSafety International, or PanAm Academy.
An Airplane Flight Manual (AFM) can be purchased from Bombardier-Learjet (Lear 35) or Cessna (Citation).

you might try ebay
and another thing the manuals from those companies will be very, very expensive if you are buying them retail without doing the training, I have heard several hundred dollars

Expensive?
I'm not sure where on the "expensive" spectrum you would call it, but a couple of years ago I bought an AFM for a Citation from Cessna tech pubs and paid about US $150 for it, including postage. I suppose that it's expensive compared to the last John Grisham book I bought, but in aviation terms it may be one of the cheapest things I ever bought from the Cessna parts department!
