In a B737, what's the difference between VNav Path and VNav Speed in descent? And why, if you are on a HDG and in VNav Path is the speed uncontrolled?

anywhere to buy/sell second-hand pilot gear?

I'm in the middle of ATPL training, and am looking for somewhere to sell some equipment that I no longer need (CRP-5's, text books, etc).
