I'm afraid I didn't explain myself well enough. My club (TPC at Deham) insists that people fly across with an instructor before they rent out a plane for that sort of trip. Thing is you only need to...

Cruise relief

Motivated by this thread I donwloaded the GID44 panflet. Can someone explain me what this "cruise relief" pilot is? It seems to allow P2 when flying an aircraft not requiring 2 pilots.
