I think they realistically want closer to 3,000...

I think they realistically want closer to 3,000 hours for a DEFO and jet time would be an asset. That's why I went the DESO route, although you might be right, maybe get a jet job for a year or two...

With an ATPL, ~2,500 hours, and three jet type ratings, did you try the DEFO position too? Also, with three type ratings, how do you only have 600 hours multi time?

For me ~1,500hrs 600 Piston, 900 Multi-Turbine....

For me ~1,500hrs 600 Piston, 900 Multi-Turbine. ATPL application ready to submit just need a handful more hours.

They responded in a few hours with mine. Initial interview a few days later, and the offer for the in-person interview in less than a day after that. I wouldn't panic though, I'm sure it will come!
