The wreckage would fall in the ocean, However if you fly the flight path of the C17 and the 135's the wreckage would fall directly on Yarrabah township with a population of 2505 (2021 figure).

I would like to see the flight path of the C17 compared to the KC135s.
My guess is they are identical
