Age IS a factor for Ryanair - They just don't mention that because its illegal

Same here: 44yo, all first passes, 96% ATPL, JOC and MCC on 737, Aeronautical Engineer, ICAO English 6, almost 300h (which is good for a cadet), fATPL....not good enough to proceed to the interview...
