No it has not changed since 2008 , young guys...

No it has not changed since 2008 , young guys came into the system but its still the same problem ,, Its cultural .. Culture of fear and punishment . Many guys joined now from a respectable airline...

1) You will have the run around to get all the docs they need ... They will not give you any docs if you want to leave them ... nothing...
