Even If the Brexit will happen (And I do hope it will), the UK CAA will continue to be part of EASA or at least follow EASA guidelines because that will be the easiest thing...

Except for Long Beach CA and Dallas (Both Flight-safety) Don't know of any other reputable organization which can deliver type ratings for GII or GIII (Both for the DC and AC variants)

I Don't think you can fault the CAA this time (although they provide plenty of opportunities to do so). They don't have the luxury of speculating what to do and they need to wait for EASA to publish...

Trying to get a straight answer from the CAA is like getting water out of a stone....

What is the bottom line then ? Can the UK CAA invoke this ruling even if not all member states have agreed to...
