So, if I understand correctly, the QNH corrected altitudes set in the onboard altimeter are NOT reported in ADS-B and are applied on the data by the ground station?

I know what ellipsoidal heights and the geoid mean - that's what is used when calculating the orthometric altitude.

The question remains : what units are barometric altitudes (flight levels)...
