System failure after doors closed

Hi Folks, I'm curious what are your airline's procedures in the event of a failure that occurs after the closing of aircraft doors. Do you have to return to the gate? Or can you "dispatch yourself"...

Airline/Manufacturer differences

My airline recently appointed me to be in charge of all the documentation (i.e. FCOM/FCTM/OMs).
I'm curious how other airlines handle the documentation when the SOP differs from the manufacturer's...

EU-OPS vs Air OPS?

Can somebody please explain to me the difference between EU-OPS and Air OPS? I thought that the Air OPS superseded the EU-OPS, but I'm looking at the Jeppesen Airway Manual for Europe - State Rules...
