As of 1526hrs - unless the airport webcam is behind time - a yellow tailed Do.228 went from right to left at ground level presumably on tow... but both LGIS and OAUR are currently airborne.......

The Trislander I presume is in for some maintenance now with Dornier G-SAYE, as G-OAUR and LGIS are being used to cover the GCI, SOU and Dinard routes.

Seems G-OAUR and G-LGIS are now at GCI, where BEVT is at ACI.
Therefore, I expect to hear one of the Dorniers in the morning doing the early GR501 run into Southampton!

G-LGIS did all three ALD-SOU runs today, whereas BEVT did the Islands Shuttle and Dinard runs looking at FR24. OAUR still not listed as active since Friday.

Managed to catch LGIS on the GR570 run...

I'm sure that I was told ejection seats HAVE to be made live in the Strikemaster and JP Mk.5 in private ownership. The Mk.4 (and possibly the Mk.3) were optional, but that may have changed.

I used to live close to RNAS Yeovilton and saw SHARs more-or-less every day!
The base is not the same now without them.
