On takeoff, after gear retraction, does the tire temperature?

HI
I have seen this on a book, asking how will the tire temperature change once after gear retraction on take off... the answer is that tire temp will increase
However I cannot find any resources...

So for a constant IAS, TAS increases in climbing is due to the reduction of air density, but nothing to do with drag, because drag is only proportional to IAS, is that right?:ok:

However, based on the fact that true airspeed increases with altitude for constant IAS...
