If that's the case and LHR goes then they'll need to re-deploy those aircraft, I'd say QF107 to go daily 380 and then more 400's to the desert.

The QF 9 is leaving Melbourne with an average of 300 spare seats in economy some days well over that and is less then half full in business and 1st. Is the beginning of the end for this service?

Both flights are operating at near capacity are they? I'm not sure what flight your looking or operating on but it's certainly not the QF9. It's leaving Melbourne with an average of over 200 spare...
