I´m curious how many pilots per plane is an average for a short haul operator which flies about 11 hours per day per plane? :confused:

Dont pay for type

They don´t take anymore cadets in. Do not pay for typerating without a job guys, its waste of money. There is coming 4 new planes, but 3 of them are wet leased and there are already lots of pilots...

not hiring cadets

They are not taking anymore cadets in, not from DA, Para or directly Vietjet. Unless you are Vietnamise, you have a chance to apply directly to vjet. There are at the moment lot of cadets still...
