CATS CAA ATPL Exam Centre Luton - Any news on this would be great

I have seen that a CAA ATPL exam centre has opened at CATS Luton branch, would anyone be able to provide some more info on this?

I know the obvious thing would be to give them a call, but I wonder...

I can understand the point in having someone occupy the seat when a FO is not in it, but I was not aware that crew are trained in away way in how to operate anything...
