Don't worry Sir Korsky, in this S 61 sim, you can only fly on night mode, and most of these take off are trained over rigs offshore...!!!

Helmet Fire, what you tell can work with S61 quite well. In fact, you need to find 91-94% Nr, which, as you explained, would be the more efficient rpm number, but Nr can fall in this model to 83%...
