HI , u are correct about the IA recruitment , but from what I hear ..its only 30 STP and 30 A320 endorsed....the remaining 30 which includes the sc/st/obc reservation along with the 5% IGRUA...

Well smooth criminal , no choice but to convert , its not as nightmarish as you think it is if you get your exam papers out of the way .... I did my CPL from Aus as well,converted the same and it ok....
