as I know there is an expairy of 5 years but I think this only if you are still to do an...

NZ Instrument rating renewal questions

I had completed a NZ CAA MECIR back in 2004 and have not used the instrument rating sense. Does this mean I would have to do another MECIR flight test and IFR law exam to regain my rating?

Totaly agree with The Green Goblin here this sum things up fairly nicely.

Alot of operates wont let you fly there twins with less than a decent
amount of hours otherwise there insurance premiums...

There are jobs in NZ but you will have to join the que behind the other hundred kiwi guys all in the same boat.

As mentioned before you will struggle to get a job in Auz or NZ with a basic CPL...
