I am asking these questions because I have attended the final interview (cq) and did not pass. There is obviously no feed back.
I think I am too old for them (38)....

I think that German or dutch language is a hidden...

I think that German or dutch language is a hidden requirement even if not stated in the job offer.
Chances to get hired without speaking D or NL are extremely low.

My advice : unless you are sponsored by an airline, dont waste your money with FTE. The chances to find a job with them are low. Go for a cheaper and better FTO, BAA/Air Bartolini...
