Yes buddy, Cyrilroy is right. Dgca will count backwards from your date of paper submission. So make sure, you have completed dgca requirement.I have the same problem. But I am building extra hours...

Hey buddy,, I did check with DGCA and now I am flying Seneca (PA-34-200T) which is registered in India and DGCA is converting it. So you can do your recency on Seneca.
