We had a similar problem on a 1900D.

Changed out ACM and it was sorted.

(noted you said you cleaned the ACM, might still be U/S due to not spinning up enough).

Presuming you are in Australia, you have to do the appropriate training to meet CASA reqs.

Most used where I work - Magnetic Particle, Eddy Current and Non Penetrant Dye.
