There's plenty ex-RAF ATC working in safety and engineering at NATS, there's plenty of other jobs in NATS apart from ATCO posts.

If the dividend payout was 6% instead of 8%...

If the dividend payout was 6% instead of 8% (which is still a very good %). that would free up £10m for pay rises.
