I agree you have to be flexible when flying on empty legs. But as long as the info is clear and uptodate, you know where you stand. I use an agency in geneva that specialise also on empties, and...

recommended operator.

Professional operators. very discreet. top service. We fly with them often and never had a problem - quite the opposite, they anticipate any problem ahead of time.

Great operator. Very professional, and as opposed to all others, very discreet. Aircraft are recent, well maintained. Service is perfect. Recommended!

Oh, forgot to mention - I just come out of ebace 2011, and heard the same bad service stories from Air X from 3 different operators, two of them in Salzburg as well. So not reliable people at all.
