Generally good destinations, but the Boeing fleet is unhappy with the amount of DH around the Caribbean they do.... unpaid. Roster is min 10 days off a month, rostering regard that as a target now.

Not happy chaps at Virgin. 2 rounds of redundancies/demotions/sabbaticals in the last 8 yrs, flat salary (FO take home abt 3k, Cap 5k), ineffective union in bed with management, no career progression...

Don't come to Virgin

Last 8 yrs has seen 2 rounds of layoffs/demotions, flat salary for the last 4 yrs, very dissatisfied workforce. Base LHR, salary BA-40%, roster 2 weeks in advance. Don't come here if you can avoid...
