If you applied on the 14th, you might be in for a wait, i appllied near the end of Nov and still nothing....apparently there is quite a huge backlog due to CAE being off over Christmas.

As far as im aware, for a cadet with no TR for ryanair has to fork out 28000 euros by his/her self, with no bond from the company!

I too would suggest 'ace the pilot technical interview', an excellent book to study for interviews and to refresh and for the price, it does offer a lot of information!
