MARCOFLY,
May I suggest this book...
Ace the Technical Pilot Interview: Amazon.co.uk: Gary v. Bristow: Books
An excellent refresher on all ATPL theory. There is the odd mistake which I have come across, but correcting these as I go through it.
Happy reading

Marcofly,
I too would suggest 'ace the pilot technical interview', an excellent book to study for interviews and to refresh and for the price, it does offer a lot of information!
All the best with cpl,ir and me
