Thank you for your response. The problem is that JAR-FCL3 reads that if you have a chronic shoulder dislocation you need surgery. This is what the AME told me "come back after your surgery".

They are always late in paying the wages. Excesses of 10 days is regular. The management is not capable of setting up a flight school. They have been there for two years now and nothing happened....
