they usually pay you after you have cleared your sim check and sign your joining papers...but since the wait was too long for previous batches the were paying them stipend around 45k.

yes doing the other atpl books is recommended....thats exactly my point. sticking to one question bank with the companys name as its title will not ensure that all the questions will come out of that...

what im saying is dont blindly run for an atr rating because theres an opening. you have to prove ur better than the experienced guys to get in.ATR flying is very challenging

you need to do only 3t/o landings on multi day...

you need to do only 3t/o landings on multi day and night separate and 2 ir approaches (all done in 3 separate flights)

and da rest checks on single(250 ,120...etc)..and da above too....
