Could someone please confirm that going back a few years the glideslope angle for Oakland Metropolitan runway 30 was 2.90°?

On the FAA website you can view individual chapters but not download the document as a pdf. You were able to download the whole AIM as a single document as recently as 2010 but I think that option...
