Thanks Ken, that was what some others suggested too, having been around aircraft my whole life, and doing a bit in avionics in the early 80's I was surprised I hadn't seen one of these.....

Dalotell instrument, what is it?

In the rear panel of the dalotel is an instrument that has me curious as to what it is? It looks like a dartboard, for the want of a better description.
It appears to say VHF down the left so...
